This Refund and Returns Policy describes the procedures for refunds and returns of products purchased from BlackKeyPhotography.com (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Cancellations

  • After this 24-hour period, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • We will provide a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items reported within this timeframe.

 

3. Custom-Made Products

  • All print products are tailor-made, custom-made, and bespoke to the end-consumer’s individual specifications.
  • No print would exist unless a personalised commission was provided.

 

4. Digital Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads for images and Ebooks, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased.
  • If there are any issues with the download file, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.

 

5. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

  • By purchasing from BlackKeyPhotography.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Returns Policy.

 

6. Refunds
